Lisa Yeager

Lisa Yeager is an experienced compensation professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation at Dutch Bros Coffee, Lisa has previously held significant roles, including Head of Global Compensation at Remitly and Director of Compensation at Atlassian, where responsibilities included leading global compensation strategies and managing diverse teams. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure at Intel Corporation in various leadership roles focusing on market analysis and global compensation, along with positions at Capital One and Microsoft, where emphasis was placed on compensation management and incentive plan design. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and an MBA in Human Resources from the UW Foster School of Business.
