Raymond Eid

Raymond Eid is currently employed as a Data Engineer II at dv01 since July 2023, following a tenure as a Data Scientist at Elder Research from August 2021 to July 2023. At Elder Research, Raymond designed and implemented scalable data pipelines, utilizing Python and Pyspark for data transformation and fraud detection. Prior experience includes working as a Research Analyst for Everytown for Gun Safety, where data visualization and ETL processes on gun violence data were key responsibilities, and as a Data Analyst at the Embassy of Mexico, developing a web application and interactive maps. Additional background includes coordinating division operations at the International Monetary Fund and advising students in international programs. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Computational Analysis & Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in International Development and French from The Ohio State University, along with a certificate in French from Cours de Civilisation Française de la Sorbonne.
