Manish Arora

Manish Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management, business development, and operational leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the Country Head for DVI Solutions Asia since May 2023, Manish focuses on strategy, P&L management, and expanding the customer base through partnerships with major AV players. Prior to this role, Manish held several positions at Avaya, including Sales Enablement and Business Development Lead, where responsibilities included partnering with sales teams to drive growth in Southeast Asia and negotiating large cloud deals. As Vice President of Strategy and Service Delivery at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Manish led contract management for APAC, fostering cost savings and vendor relationships. With prior experience at Avaya and GENPACT, complemented by a PGDBM in Operations and Finance and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication, Manish combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
