Tara Weinstein

Tara Weinstein is an experienced educator currently serving as the Science Department Chair and Physics & Engineering Teacher at Dwight-Englewood School since September 2010. Additionally, Tara volunteered as an Explainer at the American Museum of Natural History from January 2013 to June 2023. Tara has a strong background in dance instruction, having taught Swing Dance at You Should Be Dancing from March 2011 to March 2020 and at Providence Swings from March 2006 to July 2010. Academically, Tara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education in Science and Math Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
