Nam Nguyen Ky

Nam Nguyen Ky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and integration solutions. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Sun Ivy International since January 2011, Nam specializes in integration work on Avaya-based Contact Center and CRM solutions. As a Solution Architect at IBM Global Business Services since July 2009, Nam has contributed to BSS and OSS integration projects for GTEL, enhancing their mobile business capabilities, including convergent billing. Nam's early career included a role as an Engineer at CDIT from 1997 to 2006. Nam holds a Master's degree in Mobile Communication, Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Truòng Dai hoc Bách Khoa Hànôi.
