Michelle I. has extensive experience in community engagement and program coordination, currently serving as the Volunteering Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle I. worked with Leonard Cheshire from April 2015 to February 2023, holding the positions of Senior Community Coordinator for Wales and Senior Programme Coordinator, where significant contributions were made to enhancing community initiatives and volunteer programs.
