Alistair Grant

Alistair Grant is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in Infrastructure Private Equity at DWS Group since July 2019, previously holding the position of Analyst in the same field. Responsibilities include investments in European mid-market core/core-plus infrastructure assets across several sectors such as Energy, Utilities, and Healthcare. Alistair has also been involved with the SGIF, focusing on growth equity for lower mid-market infrastructure businesses aligned with themes like Energy Transition and Digitalisation. Prior experience includes an Investment Consulting Summer Internship at Willis Towers Watson, where evaluation of Global Infrastructure Indices occurred, as well as a role as a DMP Analyst at the Bank of England, contributing to insights on UK business post-Brexit. Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham, complemented by A-Levels from Colchester Royal Grammar School and GCSEs from Hadleigh High School.
