Leiting Deng

Leiting Deng is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in transaction and asset management across various regions, including Singapore, China, Australia, and the Philippines. As Head of Singapore Real Estate at DWS Group since January 2017, Leiting Deng leads the Singapore transaction and asset management efforts. Prior roles include Portfolio Manager and Vice President, overseeing substantial transactions exceeding USD 500 million. Previous experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank, focusing on asset management and fundraising, as well as a foundational role at LaSalle Investment Management, managing a Pan Asian core fund. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the National University of Singapore and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Tsinghua University.
