Rineesh Bansal

Rineesh Bansal is the Head of Data Science at DWS Group, where involvement in ESG Research focuses on decarbonising portfolios and ensuring the firm becomes a Net Zero Asset Manager, along with achieving significant cost savings through data optimisation. Prior to this, Rineesh served as Director of Global Markets Research at Deutsche Bank, leading efforts that propelled the research franchise into a Top-3 position in industry surveys while maintaining cost discipline and high content quality. Earlier in the career, Rineesh was a Senior Management Trainee at HCL Technologies, contributing to pioneering offshoring operations for investment banking functions. Rineesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
