Doug Melzer

Doug Melzer is an accomplished Delivery Executive with extensive experience in managing IT services across global corporations. At DXC Technology since May 2017, Doug has overseen various services for a hospital corporation and deployed global service desks for a pharmaceutical client. Previously, Doug served as a Global Delivery Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and held multiple leadership roles at HP Enterprise Services and EDS. With a strong background in service management, Doug has developed frameworks and ITIL documentation to enhance operational efficiency. Doug holds a degree from the University of West Georgia, earned between 1983 and 1987.
