Katharina Dalka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and strategy advisory within the tech sector. As the CEO and Founder of StellarOne since August 2019, Katharina has led efforts in investment strategies, while also founding BIA by StellarOne to provide assertive female negotiation training. In their role as Chairwoman of the Board and Co-Founder at Dydon AG, Katharina has focused on fintech solutions and ESG assessments powered by AI. Additionally, as a Guest Speaker for Cambridge University Women In Business, Katharina shares expertise in assertive negotiations. Prior to these roles, Katharina held key positions at MotorK, PAC, and Atos Consulting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategy consulting, and project execution. Educational credentials include programs in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University, negotiation training from Yale, and a Master's degree in Economic Warfare from Ecole de Guerre Economique.
