Brendan Leary

Brendan Leary currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC, where responsibilities include shaping and executing operational strategy, driving efficiency, and ensuring high performance across functions. Previously, Brendan held the position of Partner at McChrystal Group, focusing on transformational change and leadership development across multiple industries. Additional experiences include serving as an Executive Board Member at CBTS Federal and various leadership roles within the Naval Special Warfare community, including Deputy Commander and Commanding Officer, where Brendan directed logistics, training, and operations for SEAL teams. Brendan's educational background features a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from MCU, a Bachelor's degree in Medical and Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services from Springfield College, and ongoing executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
