Els Sluijter

Els Sluijter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR advisor at Dynamo since June 2019, Sluijter has previously held roles as an HR advisor for NVVE and Impuls, and as an HRM advisor at Combiwel, where significant contributions included leading harmonization efforts across various HR domains. From 2008 to 2017, Sluijter worked at De Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermers, providing comprehensive HR support to managers and overseeing policy implementation and management reporting. Sluijter also has international experience as a volunteer with stichting maya, focusing on preschool refurbishment and innovative teaching methods. Additionally, Sluijter's earlier career included positions in personnel consulting and advising job seekers, as well as a tenure as a trainer for the girls’ and ladies’ competitive group at HLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor from Sosa Haarlem, completed in 2001.
