Reinaldo's career began at Fumagalli Automotive Wheels, where responsibilities included production management from February 1993 to September 2004. Reinaldo holds a Greenbelt degree in Continuous Improvement and Process Methodology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with intermediate proficiency in English.
