Monica Bhatia

Monica Bhatia is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruitment across the APAC and EMEA regions. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader for APAC at Dyson since June 2022, Monica previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Booking.com, where responsibilities included leading corporate hiring and mentoring teams. Prior experience includes positions at ContractUsNow as Director, focusing on contract job recruitment, and roles at Airbnb and Volt & JAC, where Monica managed end-to-end recruitment and developed human resource initiatives. Monica's early experience also includes positions with Zari, Amana Living, and Cathay Pacific Airways, where Monica conducted comprehensive recruitment processes. Monica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Edith Cowan University.
