Jim McDonald

Jim McDonald has over 25 years of leadership experience in diverse industries, currently serving as President of Dyventive, Inc. since 2009, where analytical skills and team leadership have driven significant revenue growth and market presence. Prior experience includes Vice President/General Manager at Thompson Mahogany Company (1995-2009), where oversight of a $25 million operations budget and a team of 75 employees contributed to the company’s reputation as a leading supplier of luxury hardwoods. Jim began their career as Controller at Bentley Systems (1994-1996), managing financial operations for a growing international firm. Jim holds a Master's in Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Drexel University.
