James McNutt Beaty is a seasoned independent adjuster currently working for RENFROE® and JMB INSURANCE SERVICES INC since May 2022. Prior to these roles, James founded Lonestar House Hunters, a nationwide real estate acquisition company specializing in off-market multi-family and single-family properties, from January 2021 to April 2022.
