Madison Dalton is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School Teacher for AP African American Studies and Ethnic Studies at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, where Madison designed and teaches a unique course titled "Race and Culture." Prior experience includes working as a Servant Leader Intern at the Children's Defense Fund, leading a social-justice oriented language arts classroom for elementary students, and completing an Urban Education Leadership Internship Program (UELIP) at the District of Columbia Public Schools, where Madison contributed to policy projects focused on restorative justice. Madison also interned at the Women and Girls Foundation, conducting research for a project aimed at supporting single mothers. Madison holds a Master's degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from American University.
