Enrico Silani

Enrico Silani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Chief of Operations and Chief of Entrepreneur at e-Novia since December 2016. Previous roles include Chief of Operations at e-Shock from April 2023 to May 2024 and at YAPE from March 2021 to May 2024. Silani also held the position of D|Air Business Unit Director at DAINESE S.p.A. from July 2014 to November 2016. Earlier in the career, Silani served as Deputy Head of the Digital Platform Division at CEFRIEL, where responsibilities included project management and senior consultancy from January 2005 to July 2014. Additionally, Silani contributed to academia as a Contract Professor and Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano between January 2004 and March 2008. Silani holds a PhD and a Laurea in Automation & Control from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2004 and 1999, respectively.
