Natasha Ackroyd

Natasha Ackroyd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Proposition for Electrification of Heat at E.ON Next since July 2024. Previously, Natasha held various roles at Egg from November 2021 to July 2024, including Head of Consumer Product and Experience, Head of Consumer Sales, and Head of Digital Product and Customer Experience, earning the EVIES Best New Product award in 2022. Prior experiences include roles as an Innovation and Strategy Analyst at Evergreen Smart Power and Tonik Energy, shaping market-leading customer propositions, and serving as a Sustainability Consultant for HS2 at ERM. Natasha's career began in engineering with Schlumberger, where roles included LWD Senior Field Engineer and MWD Field Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a combined BEng and MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
