Melanie Poskett

Melanie Poskett (nee Edwards) serves as Compliance Manager for Europe and incentives at E2open since November 2017 and has been the Birch Worldwide Compliance Manager and Business Development representative since February 2015, contributing to Channel Partner Strategy and Global Channel Management solutions. Previously, Melanie held the position of Managing Director at Daruma Marketing Consultancy Limited from October 2002 to November 2014, focusing on strategic marketing and business planning services, and worked as Marketing Director at MPT Limited from 2002 to 2007 on a freelance basis. Melanie spent 14 years at Hewlett-Packard from 1985 to 1999, where roles included UK Market Development and Business Planning Manager, achieving accolades such as the Quality Award for planning and UK Marketing Excellence Award. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Kingston University and a BTec Diploma in Business from Kingston College of Further Education.
