About
The Project Management team at E3 OMI oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale environmental and industrial projects. Led by the Vice President of Large Projects, the team ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. With the support of the Operator/Tech and Corporate Estimator, they coordinate resources, manage client communications, and adhere to regulatory requirements, ultimately helping clients restore operations efficiently and effectively.
