Alla C. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at EAB since April 2024 and Co-Founder of Pathfinders Advisory since January 2024, Alla has also been involved with Family Promise of Hawaii and The F Suite since 2023, contributing as an Advisory Committee Member and Founding Member respectively. In January 2023, Alla took on the role of FP&A Advisor at Ohana Green LLC, assisting small business owners with financial clarity. Prior experience includes VP of Finance at Forage until its acquisition by EAB, Sr. Manager of FP&A at ThirdLove, Associate at BlackRock, and Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Alla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Zicklin School of Business.
