Elizabeth English Smith

Elizabeth English Smith is an accomplished consultant at Eagle Hill Consulting since December 2019, with extensive experience in policy analysis and advisory roles. Smith has served as a National Advisory Board Member for the Prison Entrepreneurship Program and as a Board Member for The Petey Greene Program since 2017. Previously, Smith was a Policy Analyst at The Council of State Governments Justice Center until December 2019 and held various positions, including Manager of External Affairs and Research Associate, at the American Enterprise Institute from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Smith founded Common Sense Action and served as its President from 2013 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish with Highest Honors from the University of Michigan, complemented by studies at the Universidad de Salamanca.
