Shehani Peiris

Shehani Peiris is an Associate Consultant at Eagle Hill Consulting, focusing on change management for federal clients since March 2022. Previously, as Project Management Lead at UNSILOED, Shehani managed multiple client sessions and collaborated on resource alignment. At Northern Virginia Community College, Shehani served as a Policy Planning Specialist I, contributing to learning outcomes assessment and report editing. Earlier, Shehani was a Research Assistant at the University of Mary Washington, investigating perceived organizational support and its influence on job acceptance, and also held various roles including Human Resources Intern and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the same institution.
