The Leadership Team at Eagle Ranch is responsible for setting the strategic direction, vision, and mission alignment of the organization. This team ensures that the integrated Christian program effectively serves children and families in crisis, oversees the operational and financial health of the Ranch, and fosters partnerships and community engagement to advance Eagle Ranch’s mission. They guide and support staff, uphold the organization’s values, and drive initiatives that lead to renewal and hope for those served.
