Priya Bali

Priya Bali is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiations. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at EagleView since August 2022, Priya previously worked as Jr. Corporate Counsel at Logicalis from 2021 to 2022. Priya's earlier roles include Commercial Contracts Attorney at Lexitas (2019-2021), Associate Attorney at Lyngklip & Associates, Consumer Law Center, PLC (2016-2018), and Staff Attorney at Lakeshore Legal Aid (2014-2016). Additionally, Priya has experience as a Contract Attorney and Law Clerk at Carla D. Aikens, P.C. (2013-2016) and as a Board Member/Student Attorney at the Free Legal Aid Clinic (2011-2013). Priya earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
