Alyssa Altman

Alyssa Altman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Training & Development at Earl Enterprises since December 2018, where responsibilities include the development and oversight of training programs for employees across eight restaurant concepts and the creation of content for the Learning Management System. Previously, Alyssa held the position of Training & Development Manager at the same company, focusing on designing and delivering targeted training programs in collaboration with various departments. Prior experience includes the role of Collections Manager at Restoration 1 from 2015 to 2018. Alyssa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Human Services from Valencia College.
