Kati Hausman Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, process management, and data strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Governance & Process Management at Early Warning® since March 2021, Kati previously held multiple leadership roles at American Express from May 2000 to March 2021, including Director of Network Assurance & Quality and Vice President of Network Data Strategy & Analytics. Kati began their career as a Tech Analyst at Amdocs from 1995 to 1998. Academically, Kati holds a Master of Science in Health and Human Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
