Jonathan Castrodale

Jonathan Castrodale possesses a robust background in strategic roles across various organizations, including Earth Finance, Inc. as Chief of Staff and Senior Manager of Renewable Fuels. At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Jonathan served as Director of Strategic Initiatives, Chief of Staff to the CFO, and Operations CFO. Additionally, Jonathan was a Fellow and Founding Accelerator Member at Climate Drift and held positions at Point B Inc., RBE, Inc. as Vice President of Professional Services, and The Timken Company, as well as DaimlerChrysler Aerospace AG. Jonathan holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace and an MBA with a minor in Management, both from Iowa State University.
