Cesar Rico

Cesar Rico has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of ESL for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System since May 2017, and previously as Principal at Twin Oaks Elementary School. With a background in administration as Assistant Principal at Twin Oaks Elementary since July 2015 and Principal at Cypress Heights Academy from July 2003 to May 2015, Cesar Rico has also worked as an English/Language Arts Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Educational Leadership and English Language and Literature from Louisiana State University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Education from the same institution, completed in 2003. Additionally, Cesar Rico graduated from Brother Martin High School in 1999.
