Pia Loft

Pia Loft is an experienced Supervising Naturalist at East Bay Regional Park District since January 2018, bringing extensive expertise in environmental education and program development. Prior to this role, Pia served as EcoCenter Coordinator at bay.org, where responsibilities included designing educational curricula, supervising staff and volunteers, and leading community outreach. Additional experience includes positions as an Interpretive Specialist and Outreach Educator at Aquarium of the Bay, focusing on informal science education and climate change awareness. Pia's background is supported by a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
