Sabrina Landreth

Sabrina Landreth is an experienced leader in public administration, currently serving as the General Manager at East Bay Regional Park District since March 2021. Previously, Sabrina held key positions including City Administrator for the City of Oakland from July 2015 to March 2020, and City Manager for the City of Emeryville from June 2013 to July 2015. An accomplished professional, Sabrina's career in the City of Oakland from 2007 to 2013 encompassed various roles such as Deputy City Administrator/Budget Director and Legislative Fiscal Analyst. Earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Consultant for the California State Assembly from 2004 to January 2007. Sabrina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
