Randal Phelps

Randal Phelps serves as the Chief Technology Officer at East Side Union High School District since August 2012. Prior experience includes a tenure at Apple from April 2001 to October 2011 as an Engineer & Strategic Initiatives, where Randal Phelps focused on innovative solutions for user growth and development. Randal Phelps also held the position of Program Director at Santa Cruz County Office of Education from March 2000 to March 2001, where a $6 million grant was developed for the TICAL project to enhance educational technology integration across multiple states. Earlier in Randal Phelps's career, a range of roles including Teacher, Coach, Administrator, and Director were undertaken at Garfield RE-2 Schools from August 1990 to March 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from California Lutheran University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from William & Mary, and a degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Colorado.
