Babs Troke

Babs Troke has extensive experience in the field of counselling and education, currently serving as a Lecturer in Counselling at East Sussex College Group since September 2010. Babs operates a private counselling practice in Eastbourne, offering individual counselling, training, workshops, and group work since 2006. Past roles include providing counselling for Breakeven Gambling Counselling from 2007 to 2021, and working as a Project Worker at Brighton Housing Trust from 2004 to 2015, along with serving as Trustee Director for Mankind from 2009 to 2011. Babs's initial experience in mental health includes serving as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for the NHS in 1985-1987. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) Open from The Open University and ongoing study for a Master's degree in Community Psychology from the University of Brighton.
