Betty Francisco

Betty Francisco serves as the CEO and Investment Committee Member at Boston Impact Initiative, a nonprofit focused on empowering entrepreneurs of color through impact investing. In addition to this role, Betty co-founded Amplify Latinx, which advocates for Latinx civic engagement and leadership, and holds a board position at Beth Israel Lahey Health, a major healthcare system in Massachusetts. Betty is also involved with Pipeline Angels and Portfolia, networks dedicated to supporting women investors and entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel for Compass Working Capital and FitNation Ventures, as well as holding senior legal roles at Millennium Partners and Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP. Betty holds an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, among other educational credentials.
