Yazeed Alabdallah

Yazeed Alabdallah is a Support & Implementation Engineer at ProgressSoft Corporation since October 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Support Specialist at OPTIMIZA and a Technical Support Engineer at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included providing remote support and configuring end-user peripherals. Previously, Yazeed served as an IT Support Technician and Campus Director for the Hult Prize Foundation, leading global accelerator sessions and managing a student-led program for social entrepreneurship. Additional experience includes web development at Checkers Inc., where Yazeed contributed to website creation and application design using various programming languages and platforms. Yazeed began the career journey as a Call Center Agent at Extensya and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Applied Science University completed in June 2021.
