Leanne Mills

Leanne Mills is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People and Safety Partner QLD at Eagers Automotive Limited since September 2023. Previously, Leanne worked as a Business Partner for People Performance at Redland City Council and held various roles at Key Assets (Australia) from 2014 to 2023, including National Manager People Experience and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the entire employee lifecycle and driving HR solutions. Additional experience includes positions at Connect2Group, where Leanne managed HR functions and payroll, and Woolworths Limited, where a diverse range of roles highlighted expertise in HR project management, remuneration, and benefits. Leanne holds a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and multiple certifications in retail operations and store management from Woolworths Limited RTO.
