Michael Neuman

Michael Neuman is the current representative of corporate director for Cadim Fonds Inc. at easyHotel. Prior to this, they worked as an investment and asset manager for Ivanhoé Cambridge and Unibail-Rodamco.

Neuman has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Michael began their career as an analyst for CBRE in 2008. Michael then moved on to become an investment and asset manager for Unibail-Rodamco in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing a €1.5 Bn asset portfolio. Their main investment achievements include the acquisition of the Meridien Montparnasse hotel and the disposal of Capital 8 Messine.

In their current role, Neuman is responsible for representing Cadim Fonds Inc. at easyHotel. Michael is also involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, including redevelopment, refurbishment, marketing, and leasing.

Michael Neuman received their Master of Science in Management with a major in Economics from HEC School of Management.
