Susie Irons

Susie Irons is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy and innovation within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation Futures at easyJet since April 2023, Susie has also been involved in academia as part of the MSc Data Science program at the University of the West of England since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Susie was the Chief Strategy Officer at Specialist Aviation Services from August 2019 to February 2021, and held various positions at Flybe, including Director of Strategy. An early career at Oliver Wyman from 2010 to 2016 saw progressive roles from Summer Analyst to Senior Consultant. Susie earned a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge between 2008 and 2011.
