Surakan Kittiperakorn

Surakan Kittiperakorn is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM and digital marketing across the APAC region. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Lead at eatigo since July 2023, Surakan oversees marketing initiatives for multiple countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Previously, Surakan held roles such as Regional CRM Lifecycle Manager at eatigo and CRM Manager at foodpanda, where significant improvements in customer retention and revenue were achieved through strategic campaign management and automation. Surakan’s career also includes positions at Zipmex, FINNOMENA, Allianz Partners, and We By The Brain, showcasing a strong foundation in digital marketing, content strategy, and user engagement. Surakan holds a bachelor's degree in Arts from Chulalongkorn University and participated in an exchange program at the University of Malaya in Southeast Asia Studies.
