Sophia Palmer

Sophia Palmer is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the energy efficiency sector. Currently serving as a District Project Manager at Eaton, Sophia previously held roles at Walker-Miller Energy Services, where responsibilities included managing energy efficiency programs, overseeing client relationships, and contributing to the development of the organization's Project Management Office. Notably, Sophia has led proposal design processes and provided operational support through data analysis and visualization. Earlier experiences include conducting energy audits at the University of Dayton's Hanley Sustainability Institute and an internship at the U.S. Department of Energy, alongside engineering co-op roles at Eaton.
