William Kelly

William (Bill) Kelly currently serves as Program Director at Eaton since June 2021 and has held the position of Director of Oxygen Programs at Cobham Mission Systems since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team of Program Managers to enhance customer service and secure additional project contracts.
