Sheila Quiroga

Sheila Quiroga currently serves as Directora de Recursos Humanos at EAVE, overseeing the HR department and aligning organizational development strategies with company objectives and expansion efforts since November 2024. Prior to this, Sheila was Responsable de Personas at Noray, where the focus was on HR strategy involving talent attraction, retention, evaluations, and organizational culture from October 2022 to November 2024. Sheila has also held a Generalist HR Technician role at Selenta Group's Mare Nostrum Resort, contributing to recruitment, training, and employee engagement within a 500-employee hospitality company from June 2017 to August 2022. Earlier positions include HR Administrative roles at H10 Hotels and Randstad España. Sheila holds a degree in Pedagogía from Universidad de La Laguna and an MBA in Dirección de Recursos Humanos from Select Business School, with further education from Esade.
