Tom Raaf

Tom Raaf currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at eBay, having joined the company in June 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at Amazon, culminating as Head of NA Retail Partnerships and Sustainability. Tom's extensive experience includes founding a DIY marketplace startup and serving as Director of Business Development at Rover.com, where significant partnerships were established to enhance the company's customer base in the pet care industry. Additional roles include strategic partnerships at zulily, divisional leadership at Sears Holdings Corporation, and advisory work at KPMG focusing on private equity transactions. Tom holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
