Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at EBAYC is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of various youth-focused programs across multiple school sites. They ensure that each program aligns with EBAYC's mission of providing high-quality support and opportunities for young people to be safe, smart, and socially responsible. Team members, each dedicated to a specific school, work collaboratively to establish partnerships, manage staff, develop curricula, and engage families to create a cohesive and nurturing environment for youth development.
