Ben Ridgway

Ben Ridgway is an experienced professional in service management and delivery, currently serving as the Head of Service Management at EBC Group since October 2022, overseeing all service and support functions while implementing standardized reporting methodologies for performance monitoring. Previously, Ben was a Service Delivery Manager at Atech Cloud, where responsibilities included establishing the Service Delivery Management function and driving continual service improvement processes. Ben's extensive background at Oosha Ltd spanned nearly a decade, including roles such as Head of Service Delivery, Technical Operations Manager, and Service Desk Manager, where leadership of teams and management of services were key focuses. Ben's foundational education includes a National Diploma in Information Technology from Kidderminster College.
