Jyoti Rani Behera is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Eberspächer Group since January 2020, Jyoti has previously held significant positions at Faurecia, including Human Resources Management and Operations Excellence - HR Chapters.
