Kifah Muqalled

Kifah Muqalled is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Expert at Ebttikar since May 2009, Kifah is responsible for monitoring and fine-tuning provisioning applications within the IT Department at STC. Previous roles include IN Support Engineer in the VAS Department at TCIL, where Kifah focused on the maintenance and administration of IN nodes and platforms, as well as Technical Support Engineer, handling installation and configuration of Windows servers and networking. Earlier experience includes System Administrator at Science Bridge Training Center and Computer Trainer at Middle East Training Center, where Kifah trained students in various computer skills. Kifah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Applied Science University, Amman, Jordan.
