Andrew Scotts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and consulting, particularly within the FinTech sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technology, Data & Product Search for EC1 Partners Ltd in APAC since August 2019, Andrew is tasked with sourcing top talent for FinTech partners across the region. Prior to this role, Andrew held several positions at EC1 Partners, progressing from Senior Technical Consultant to Executive Technical Consultant, where notable contributions were made in attracting technical talent for various financial sectors. Andrew's background also includes serving as National Recruitment Manager at Carpet Court New Zealand and Technical Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, alongside a foundational role as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Otago and a New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate.
